The Ugly Pugling: Wilson the Pug in Love
Wilson the Pug, everyoneâ¬Ä¬ôs favorite canine Taoist, has fallen in love. His soul mate, Hedy, with her wrinkly skin and floppy ears, is a real looker. But what the lovable dog Wilson thinks is a fellow pug is actually a mastiff puppy, and in no time at all the differences between the two dogs become comically obvious. After trying with little success to appear more like a big dog (by lifting weights, practicing his bark, and trying to smooth out his signature pug wrinkles), Wilson is heartbroken. But once again, the wisdom of the Tao sets him straight: â¬Ä¬úThe Master acts on what he feels and not what he sees.â¬Ä¬ù Wilson and Hedy couldnâ¬Ä¬ôt look more different, but as we all know, itâ¬Ä¬ôs whatâ¬Ä¬ôs inside that really counts.
